I finally got almost everything works again.
I also tried in safe mode without a bit of luck. It is at the origin of the critical problems on my machine and I want to do everything I can to avoid reinstalling Windows. I scoured the internet looking for resolution without success. I tried netsh int ip reset and netsh winsock reset and that did not help. All other network interfaces on my machine work very well. I took some sort of network problem and then noticed that when I ping 127.0.0.1, I get a general failure error. Hello, JungleDisk, and other services are running, but nothing can connect to them.
